At the start of every project, we spend some time framing and defining the problem at hand. It is only when we are clear about the issues that we dive into the design process - empathise, ideate, protoype and test.

The process is iterated to refine the ideas into solutions for implementation. The greater the number of iterations, the more robust the solutions are. Since we love to get our hands dirty, we are more than happy to work with you to transit plans into implementation.
